For the bootlickers in the notes

  1. Min. wage employees cannot be penalized for stolen goods, this is true in the U.S. as well as every westernized nation
  2. If you are penalized for this, your boss is breaking federal worker protections and there are plenty of unions to go to w/ connections to law offices that take on cases like this pro-bono
  3. You were not hired for loss prevention, that is not your responsibility. If your boss expects you to detain thieves and/or chase people down, they should pay accordingly, and it shouldve been in your fucking job description
  4. If you were hired for loss prevention, you’re usually a cop, so fuck you.
  5. Everybody in the notes saying “Im a min. wage employee you’re stealing from me, and personally hurting me” Congratulations. You are a single step away from being in the person stealing’s shoes, if you’re not already in them, because odds are, that person *HAS* a job and is also on min. wage as well and is just going thru something rough. Your *job* is hurting you, by illegally holding you accountable for loss prevention that you weren’t even taken on as a responsibility. You are a customer service worker, not a cop. There’s no need to act like it, other fuckign poor people are not your goddamned enemies, please remember that.

That being said, everybody, REFRAIN FROM STEALING FROM MOM AND POP CORNER STORES, small businesses need the money. It’s Walmart that you’re supposed to steal from, any place that uses prison labor AND sweatshop labor is already a fucking thief and stealing from a multi-billion dollar corporate entity is completely justified.
